Back to a Tuesday weigh-in this week. Finally seeing a better buffer under my goal weight. I was starting to feel a little panic that maybe I was losing control and would start on a steady gain again. My one downfall lately has been a reduction in my exercise (mostly walking) due to excuses regarding my schedule. I say excuses because that's what they are. Will try to do better this week. I know there is more to good health than just weight control.

Good health has so many components! Good clean food and exercise is just the basic. Glad to see you're doing very, very well!
