Well, I've weighed the same 2 days in a row, which is the first time that's happened since getting the new scale that includes ounces. That doesn't surprise me, of course, because I know that weight fluctuates day to day due to water or poo retention. I've been writing down my daily weight, then averaging the weekly total. That average gives me a more accurate trend. The last 2 weeks have been stressful which shows up on the scale. It's interesting tho when I look at what I weighed on the same day, a week apart, I actually gained a few ounces before losing again, yet by week's end, I did end up with a loss of 3 ounces (using the average totals). Obviously much slower than I'd like, but considering what life has been like, I'm not going to complain! So, this week I'm going to make a more valiant effort to get more workouts in, which should help with some of the stress (it's far from over). I haven't had either the physical or mental energy to do much more than what was necessary. I may do a week or two of lower carb meals just to see if I can drop a couple pounds quickly and get out of these blasted 140s. Even tho I only have 21 pounds to go, it seems like I'm having to constantly change things up, to trick my old bod into letting the pounds go. Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!
