Still doing okay but it was a challenging week. I was actually up 4 lbs. at one point, but got serious for a couple days and got back down to a good buffer below my goal weight. The next couple weeks are going to be crazy with eating out and going to several gatherings where food will be a highlight. I intend to weigh myself most days just to be sure things aren't getting out of control. Will keep my official 'record my weight' day on Tuesdays so I'm on top of things.

I'm finding water intake to be critical to weight control. Not sure why, but sometimes remembering to drink water is difficult for me. Odd...
