I personally find this very comforting it means that more people can reach the same end result through multiple means. Like being able to solve a complicated math equation through different methods and coming up with the same correct answer. 😀

Yep, it's physics, you just need to find the one you can stick to. No need to grab onto one like a religion and push it onto others. They are just tools to create a deficit or surplus like fasting is.
