NSV, I am able to use the last notch on that lifting belt and it isn't as tight as I'd like it. Got a new one coming in. Size small, haha. Not bad for 185 pounds or so.

You're talking Dexa scan, right? I've read several times that the error rate on those can be 5%. Not too keen on spending $100 for something that may put me at 20% when I 15% or 10% when I'm 15%. Either way, a scan is either going to tell me I am leaner than I look or vice versa. Rather just use what people think and my own eyes. Here, I found a link saying what I said and also that it isn't good on showing progress either. Ok I’m not good at this on myself but with the tiny bit of tummy you still have I’d take a guess of 8-10%. Id say 8% based on pictures of chests and 12% from online pictures of stomachs. 10% is a nice middle ground 😉. Not seeing your legs I’ll just assume they are like your chest and arms.

The legs have some lines going down them but they definitely don't look as lean as the chest. Maybe one day. Haha, thanks for the boost to the ego, Peeper! I'll take it! If you think so it must be true. 😊
