Hawaiian pre-workout tonight....
Loco moco: 2 hamburger patties over rice with 2 over-easy eggs and covered in brown gravy with a side of macaroni salad.
Dessert: hot mango bread pudding with vanilla ice cream covered in mango syrup and mango chunks.

Just a reminder that each day is precious.
Don't take for granted the love for and from others.
Share from your heart daily even though it may sound or feel mundane. Pause to imagine what life would be like without those simple and routine moments....
We aren't promised tomorrow - things in life can change very quickly and without warning. Don't have regrets later. Don't wait for tragedy to slow your busy life down enough to show appreciation for all those around you.
