Hey guys!! I'm still at it and I still check on you all. I started a new job in April so things have been moving fast pace to get learning in and to make an impact. Weight loss has slowed down tremendously. I'm not sure why. I'm suspect of my water drinking has diminished greatly and trying to still plan meals whole working has its challenges but I'm still targeting 20 carbs. I'm sti reinventing myself so to speak but I'm not giving up. I'm so close to my goal. The closest I've ever been so it would be stupid to go the other way to me. Hope all of you are doing great and I will try to touch in more often. I get your alerts via email which still inspires me!! Thank you guys for your support!! Let's keep pressing on!!

Went to the doctor...my lid labs were awesome!! Loving the LCHF way of eating....now to lose weight lol
I think I need to increase my water and green leafy veggies and stay away from nuts. Im refocusing....in two months had total loss of 5 pounds...tooooo slow.

Had tons of water yesterday. This is my second scale so it may be off. First scale need batteries. Im plugging along. Not giving up!! :) so you don't either!

I haven't been on much...new job but I do sporadically check in / read up on you guys. I haven't given up although im at a major standstill. I think I might need to do something a little different. Let's keep moving towards our goals. I know I feel better. :) and getting compliments lol. My brother saw me and asked where the rest of me went to. Maybe im losing inches because I just saw him two weeks ago.
