A bit annoyed that my weight hasn't dropped as much as I would have expected. I cannot imagine I am making a large trade of muscle for fat.
I am in the process of making dietary changes, going towards a more plant-based diet. This is a mental as much as a physical challenge as I have long held the stance that carbs are the enemy of my diabetic condition. Yet, in researching my experience, I am finding that eating the right carbs has actually shown improved GL tests on a regular basis than I have seen in a while.

I am still working on finding my workout grove but I do think I am closer. Due to joint pain issues, I am doing more resistance band work than free weights, aside from my hammers. I picked up a bar to start doing X3 style of workouts, which take about 20 mins to complete, leaving my muscles fatigued and my HR racing after each exercise. I refer to it as a 1 Set 2 Failure aka 1S2F. I am also using X3's workout plan to do be more organized and mindful with my workouts, something I lacked for the most part.
