Afraid this weight is incorrect. Weighted myself x3. Never have had that big of a drop in a day.

Good morning FS family. Hoping everyone had a splendid Mother’s Day. Mine was definitely unusual. My daughter had come in from PA my son was heading back in from the Cape and the other son was in the hospital due to his jeep rolled over his leg crushing it. Family was calling but kept getting VM Worse part I had 2,emergency phone calls that I never received. Rpts are this has been going on for weeks. My daughter sent a text which I finally received among all the junk mail that had no problem coming through. Ended up spending hours between Apple Support and internet provider to fix this problem but now picks and chooses which calls it will let through. Bottom line dinner plans with everyone ended up getting cancelled since no one could fine me with daughter needed to get back to PA and my son had to do OT for PD dept with the other one had surgery on his leg. Guess this will be a Mother’s Day to remember
Do have a question to all FS family about fasting. What is considered fasting. Do you count the hours from last meal but is it broken if you drink 1 cup of coffee with Splenda and half n half (need my coffee) then proceed to not eat until dinner. Which is generally +21 hrs if not counting am coffee. Hopefully you can understand my gibberish So confused !! Thanks ahead of time for all input - really appreciated
