Okay I miss everyone! I havent been able to read or respond to everyones posts due to my ipad non-charging issues... But it managed to charge a tiny bit after a whole day on charger... So I want to quick update.... I have lost another pound since my weighin on tuesday! Not going to do official weigh-in until tuesday... But I am really happy... you have no idea! I was really expecting a weight gain considering I did some big slip ups the last 2 days. I drank diet soda because I was out of diet iced tea. OMG diet soda... I have missed you sooooo much!!!!! Thats okay, Im not stocking you in my house, so I guess once in awhile is okay. Also I ate some kitkats today... When I say "some" I mean I bought a 6pack the smaller sized ones... And I ate them all as quickly as I could unwrap them. Darn it!!!! What do you expect?!?! I turned on the radio this morning and they spend 15mins talking about kitkats. How they are the number one marketed candy of all time or something like that... The first candy to talk about sharing...blah blah.. .i dont know what all they were saying... Ive never shared a kitkat hahaha. i was too busy trying to tune it all out, i missed everything else they were saying.. All I know is they played the kitkat jingle... And that stupid catchy song stuck in my mind replaying itself over and over and over all morning long. Kitkat... My love... Why cant you be low calorie and fat free??? I am going to the casino tonight since a relatives band is playing there. Hopefully I will win a huge amount of money and can pay for a hypnotist to make me hate kitkats ;).... Or maybe just enough money to pay to find out why my ipad isnt charging. Love you guys! Stay on track! Talk to you soon!

Yay!!!! I was stuck at minus one pound for a few days but this morning I am happy to report that I am down 3.5lbs this week. Also just got my monthly gift from mother nature so perhaps I was retaining fluids earlier in the week ( PMS.... ) Ugh!
Sooooo anyhow.... This is weigh-in week 5. Down a total of 15.7lbs. Now since I have learned this measurement term after seeing it used on here I have been waiting for my turn to be able to say it.... I have finally lost a "STONE!!!!!"
I have also finally purchased a tape measure... So every week I will be adding those as well....

I dont really have a goal for my inches... Just another way to track my efforts :)

I can barely walk today!!!! Each step is pure torture! Going up and down my steps... forget about it! i had to kind of slide and hop down the steps like an injured seal!! Whimpering like an injured puppy with each step. I had to go to the bathroom and almost peed my pants by the time I got down stairs!
I did a kettlebell workout yesterday and it included very deep squats (I dont cheat on my squats! Gotta get low or why bother!) well today I am seeing the results... I feel like I got jumped by a group of people... My leg muscles are sooooo sore. Thickgurl... You warned me Id be sore but geez. I guess I have not been using those muscles in awhile. Thats ok because it was sooooo worth it! this morning I weighed myself and I am down another pound. Woo hoo!!!! Im gonna try it again today... That is after I go buy and put on a ton of bengay muscle rub ;). I hope you are all having a gret day! (((Hugs)))))

.... this is awkward. ughhh. hey you... yes YOU stubborn FAT!!!! You big blobs of unhealthy fat!!! I have been giving you hints for weeks now... are you too dense to see it?!? this relationship just is not going to work. I do NOT want you!!! you are no longer welcome here! Stop fighting it, you have to go. You pounds of fat are like 44 crappy tenants destroying my property and refusing to leave. I am going to drive the rest of you out just like I already did to 13 of you guys. here is your notice! I will fight and fight until I get rid of you, one by one until you are all gone!!! I dont care how long it takes! (((The sooner the better though... LOL)))
Okay...hi everyone! my weigh-ins are on tuesdays. This week I have been eating really well and exercising alot. I didnt journal it because its pretty much the same things daily. Grapefruit in the morning, salad and sometimes a little portion of chicken breast at lunch, dinner varies but its always includes a salad. No soda, junk food, or fast food this week either.. I have been working out at least an hour each day since my weigh in. Yesterday I worked out for over 3 hrs (not all at once but in 30min intervals thru the day). anyhow... Wednesday the day after my weigh in, I had lost a pound. Great start! Woo hoo! But then.... Thursday, friday, and this morning... I am still fluctating up and down around that one pound. My goal is to take these 3 days before my next weigh in and really try and blast that fat so I can get down 2 lbs this week. I am going to do it! FAT... You are going down!!!!
