58 yo female, married, 2 kids/3 grandkids. Struggled with weight all my life. High of 275 & low of 135. Maintained pretty good up til a few months ago. PB M&M's and Butterfingers are my downfall. Back at it with logging and being conscious of my food choices. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever learn to not binge eat. I cannot let my guard down!
