Reflection on 3 weeks of meal plan: followed mostly during the week, lunches for monday-Thursday were prepared on sunday, although I thought it would be boring, it was quite nice actually. Dinners were varied but often a bit luxurious (I dont eat beef on a Wednesday night otherwise…), and cooking with a recipe every week night can be a chore. It felt a bit like the concept of the dinner boxes, where you are ”forced” to try new dishes and get out of your cooking comfort zone. Some suggestions were unpractical to follow when working in the office in terms of logistics, or even called a bit of attention. The big discovery was an improved breakfast routine, it felt good to have a more filling breakfast. I did not see a sustained difference on the scale, but it has certainly prevented the continued upward hike. Overall quite happy with it.
