@yfritz, you logging everything you eat? if so, it looks like you are running very low on calories. we all stall out a bit. it may take +more+ calories for you to get it moving. i would start with extending your fast, if you do intermittent fasting, to 16 hours, then bump up your calories, more protein, and water. you just have to change it a bit - up or down - and usually you get a response in weight drop. but ... as you are close to your goal (10 pounds or so) ... loss may slow a bit and that just requires more patience. and while i am at blue - the goal is to continue to track and to be part of this community. i am really working toward 155-157 range, but more slowly, maybe 1 pound a month. i won't leave this app anytime soon. i have been doing it 11 years. hang in there - you are doing well.

Breco, I had rough few months and my low calorie has something to do with stress rather than intentional. Last week I joined gym and I will be adding more calories. You are right, I should be ok by losing 1 lb monthly from now. Thank you. I still remember the cicada photo you posted. It feels like ages ago now! You’ve been awesome. Quiet but consistently supportive without being judgmental. Many people appreciate that.

ah, yfritz, we are all in this together, cut out the "fat" (the judgmental folks) and just give what you want to receive - which is support and understanding. i did watch your posts and saw that you had a stressful time, i hope it is calming down now. i also saw that you joined a gym ... i think, i hope, you will enjoy that phase, where you go through a body recomp - feel stronger, feel fit and healthy. also remember, there might be a slight gain when you first start ... and definitely rest ... rest days are critical for recovery. can't wait to watch you succeed. be no time at all. cicadas are all gone ... that does feel like a lifetime ago, doesn't it?

BreCo, I think I will always remember you whenever I hear cicadas from now on. I think it’s great that we experience changing of the seasons together here. Fitness became more interesting this way, at least for me. I’ll be seeking your guidance as I go through this recomp you speak of. Thank you again and have a beautiful evening!
