Hi fs fam! Having a rocky week food-wise, but will try to refocus. All is well and sorry I haven't been around. I have been too busy shoveling snacks into my piehole!

I feel you too! I'm doing same thing. We are still on vacation so snacking is happening lots more than usual! Only thing saving me is how active I've been this week!
