well I am feeling great about losing weight I am glad that my weight is dropping gradually and not too rapidly as I feared my skin would sug as a result .
now I have restarted my diet from yoyo to medically recommended so today is day 1 and I will eat like this forever . therefore today is te first day of the rest of my healthy diet , I have also a diet diary just to keep track of my journey to 45 kg
