Welcome to Motivational Monday that is also one month till Christmas!!! Santa sees all ....

He sees you when you're running, He knows when you lift weights,
He knows when you're eating bad or good, so be healthy for goodness sakes!!!!! LOL

Do you have a holiday eating strategy in place? Are you making some heart healthy treats for your holiday events? I want to lose some weight before 2020 rings in, so I am practising saying NO to sugary offerings. I don't have to taste everything I see!
