May I be the first of what I hope are many inquiries....what.....is that?!? If I do one set of OHP can I make this fit in my calories for the day?

Just a chocolate ring donut with fluff filling in the middle. Idk the calories, I just guesstimated it at 360. You can fit it in as long as you're still getting some lean protein sources in your other meals. If you're adding it on top of your normal calorie intake, you're OHP set better be about 30 minutes long. 😛

I cannot do a 30 minute OHP workout...unless I do a ton of drop sets........and obviously, start with less then a ton....my shoulders just ain't that big! I can however make 360 fit....... :)

I had zero donuts- still working off the bundt cake. And may I add I went to PF in 2 different states today. Hoping for a drop tomorrow. But that donut looks effin amazing!!
