Less talky, more showy. Scale isn't moving but I see progress. I usually hate flexing with my arms held high but the extra shape makes them look bigger. Waist is down to 35.5 from 37.5 in May, I believe. Back in size 30 jeans at 188 pounds at 69 inches.

Thanks!!! I read how sub 10% body fat starts to really mess with your hormones anyway!!! Lol. Getting to 10% is an amazing feat in itself. Your dedicated though, so you'll get there.

And you need to have extreme levels of body fat and vascularity to compete anymore. It's honestly unhealthy to get that lean and even natural bodybuilders would admit it. Not something I'm currently even thinking of. It's just a hobby. Thanks, Shirfleur and Chris!

Not at all, Zane was 185 pounds. Coleman was like 290 or something and only 2 inches taller. Super impressive shape in his prime but I'd never want to be anywhere close to that size.

The dude from Athlean X is like 5'11" and 178 I believe. He seems to be natural but I guess you never know since he maintains like 6% all the time. He may just be insanely focused and dedicated to remain at that level for years.

Start rolling all your food in kale. Eat kale for a month and you'll lose your desire to ever eat it again.

And yes, do more cardio. No man climbs a mountain without taking a step. Steps and cardio is like (pick your favorite circular logic // goal post mover person on FS) and dietary arguments.

I hope Keith is right because we are headed to Tennessee tomorrow for 4 days and we will be doing cardio exclusively. He always said I'd be 10x bigger if I did cardio. I mean, it even makes girls way more muscular than me without steroids.
