Ever slightly leaner. I think I'm overworking myself(constant soreness) so this upcoming weekend will be a nice recharge. Heading to father-in-laws where they will spoil me with gifts and food. So. much. food. I will do my best to not gain 10 pounds in a couple of days but no promises. No gym or a deficit unless my willpower is awesome and I do some IF but it will be tough! Tonight will be my last work out before the Christmas trip to Wisconsin. I'll make it a good one and maybe some of the gain will be muscle. :)

With my two a days I was probably averaging 150k of lifting for weeks if not months. Taking a nap before the road trip. Looking forward to leaving the gym and food scale behind for a few days. 😱
