So, I am back at the weight I was 3 months and 13 days ago(182.6) but my body has changed a great deal. I have had to readjust my lifting belt 3 times, each time I had to move it over an inch. I've gotten much stronger, abs have come in much more, veins are in places I've never seen them. I didn't take actual measurements which I regret but the mirror and the way clothes fit have seen a great change. If you're lifting weights quit living by the scale, especially as a male who has a greater ability to gain muscle.

Results may not be typical but even if you don't gain as much muscle, you will gain some which will slow scale loss. Now, of course, you can avoid resistance training if you would rather look like a smaller version of your current self instead of more toned.

i used to like them when they went away after a pump. but I have a very prominent vein on my bicep now that is always visible and im not a fan
