Only at 2700 calories, 1300 calorie deficit. Guess that will do since I don't feel like eating anymore. Shocker. Going to a birthday party tomorrow with Tamales galore so I should make it up there and have all kinds of energy for my run on Monday, lol!

It is for people who tend to be light and it's the opposite for people who tend to be heavy. I don't have issues most days, this was an exception. I definitely would if I were trying to eat "clean" or some other restrictive diet since my burn is so high on days that I run for an hour plus lift.

When l was lifting heavy my normal top high was 2700cals.l guess you'd call that your skimp day.

Chrisw77 have tried drinking your calories by using juice, Gatorade, or lemonade mix? You can also add sauces like bbq, honey, and maple syrup. Trail mix is a good low volume high calorie snack. PB and J sandwiches are pretty caloric. Last thing I would recommend is pasta. So much calories for little food.

@chrisw77 - Agreed, I simply can 'eat only so much' if my carbs are <10. But there is ALWAYS room for cookies.
